Landscape Architechtural Services
Every design begins with an analysis of the client's unique space, and culminates in a powerful and unique "sense of place." We recognize that the art of selecting trees and shrubs for effect is secondary to the science of site analysis and allocation of space.
- Phase One: Project Analysis
Client Profile — Identify the interests and lifestyles.
Site Analysis — Identify features and issues that will need to be addressed within the design process.
Design Analysis — Identify design components involving the residence, the client and the landscape.
- Phase Two: Base Map Preparation and Site Measurement
Locate existing site features such as circulation, plants, structures, and private utilities.
Assemble information and create a working base map.
- Phase Three: Conceptual Design
Identifying design style, spaces, site amenities, landscape bed layouts, and circulation routes.
Assemble information and create a conceptual plan.
- Phase Four: Meetings and Revisions
Present drawings and receive client feedback and revisions.
Maximum of one revision.
- Phase Five: Final Design
Assemble revisions and create a final design.
Present final design, providing client with one working blueprint.
